Payment, Rescheduling and Cancellation

For classes and ensembles.

Payment & Rescheduling


All payments for our classes will have the option to be enrolled in automatic payments. Invoices and payments will be drawn on the 1st of each month. Each monthly payment guarantees your spot in the class each month. The monthly payment will stay fixed, even in the event of holidays, school breaks, or inclement weather. Any classes missed by the student will have the option to be made up (rescheduled) in an adjacent class, if available. Missed classes will not be refunded.



Ensemble payments occur quarterly with a "pay-what-you-can" model. Ensemble payments help us to cover teacher fees, rehearsal and performance space costs, and supplies like sheet music and instruments. Missed rehearsals will not be refunded.


Cancelling a class payment can be done at any time before the beginning of the month. Cancelling is as easy as reaching out to us and letting us know that you would like to cancel your monthly class payment.
