Classes, Private Lessons, and Ensembles
All payments for our classes will be enrolled in automatic payments. Our automatic payments follow a subscription model through our website payment system. Payments will be drawn on the 6th of each month. Each monthly payment guarantees your spot in the private lesson, class, or ensemble at the recurring scheduled times per month. We have designed our pricing so the monthly payments can stay fixed in the event of holidays or school breaks. Any lessons, classes, or ensemble rehearsals missed by the student will have the option to be made-up (rescheduled) in an adjacent class, if available, or during the scheduled make-up weeks in the case of missed private lessons. Missed lessons, classes, or ensemble rehearsals will not be refunded unless cancelled by Seattle Percussion Works.

Cancellation
Canceling a class or lesson payment can be done at any time before the beginning of the month. Canceling is as easy as reaching out to us and letting us know that you would like to cancel your monthly class payment. We are happy to refund any class or lesson payments that are a result of necessary removal from our programs that occur mid-month.
