Creative Music Ensemble
Overview:
This is a class where our students are encouraged to bring in their own creative ideas and explore their musicianship. Our teachers use structured improvisation activites to create an environment were students can experiement and discover their musical voice. All students are encourged to play a wide variety of instruments including drumset, keyboards, hand drums, handheld percussion, and any other instruments they have at home. This ensemble is open to all instrument types, not just percussion. The goal of this class is to create and perform original music!

Eligibility
Open to students from 6th to 12th grade.
At least one year of private music lessons or other formal music performance ensemble is required.

Classes may be invited to take part in studio performances.
